Hans Christian Iversen

Experience as Managing Director and Executive Chairman of technology, IT, professional services and manufacturing companies. Track-record of delivering bottom-line improvements from £1m to £20m in financial services, utilities, professional services and manufacturing sectors across Europe and the Middle East. Previously a Director of Roland Berger and Deloitte’s strategy practices. Fluent in seven European languages.

David Morgan

Expertise in 'bridging' business and information technology and to architect and define practical business solutions which deliver both short-term and longer-term value. Twenty-eight years experience in the retail and consumer goods sectors covering process, software, business intelligence, consulting and analytics. Career includes senior positions with EDS and IRI, and international P&L experience. Engineering honours degree from Birmingham University.

Tim Owrid

Expertise in supply chain strategy, operations and transformation for UK and International businesses. Skills include logistics network design, end-to-end process improvement, H.R strategy, systems selection and implementation, product/ service sourcing and logistics contractor selection and contract negotiation. Twenty years of Board and line management responsibility for logistics companies and retailers including Selfridges, House of Fraser, Homebase and Entertainment UK. Three years consulting experience.

Eric Usher

Expertise in all facets of strategic sourcing for global, national and FTSE 350 companies and the public sector. Skills include programme management of major joint procurement programmes, procurement function re-structuring, systems optimisation, analytical-based contract negotiations and innovative sourcing strategies. Particular expertise in sourcing and outsourcing of facilities management, IT, marketing and other professional services, food & drink, property and other capital goods.
