• Can they work seamlessly with my team?
• Will they transfer skills to my people, so we are stronger after they leave?

• Do they understand my organisation and how it ticks?
• Will they advise me objectively, and with the best commercial interests of my company however unpalatable the message?
• Will they share in the risk of delivery?
